He has completed executive education at NYU, Northwestern, and MIT and is an active investor in ventures like The Pad Toronto and World Padel Rating, contributing to the sport’s growth. A former national doubles champion in Mexico, Diego captained Montana State University’s tennis team to a conference championship.
Santiago Nieto

With over eight years of experience managing major retail giants such as Walmart, Amazon, and Costco—overseeing an impressive $200 million in annual sales—Santiago has built a strong presence in the padel ecosystem through various business ventures. He is also actively involved in real estate development and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. A former tennis player, Santiago was ranked #1 in Mexico as a junior, is a two-time Florida State champion, and played collegiately for the University of Miami.
Fernando Campos

Fernando is the CFO at Nubank, bringing extensive expertise to the role of general partner in the fund. He spent 15 years at HSBC as CFO across multiple countries and divisions. In addition to his financial leadership, Fernando is an entrepreneur and angel investor with successful projects and capital raising across Tech, Retail, and Real Estate. He holds an MBA from UT Austin and an undergraduate degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.
Ricardo Campos

Ricardo is the Martech Lead for Global Banking and Markets at a global financial institution, where he has spent nearly nine years in various Marketing and Finance roles. In addition to his work at HSBC, he provides marketing consulting and previously worked as a CSR consultant. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Imperial College London. A former tennis player, Ricardo was ranked #1 in Mexico in both singles and doubles as a junior and competed at the collegiate level for BYU and the University of New Orleans.
